Hello and welcome!!!! We appreciate you taking interest in our products and designs. We hope the following information will help answer most of your questions and help you to get that beautiful item you want. We are a small business located in California, USA, we engrave all of our cups and ship them ourselves.

How our store operates: We take orders for the inventory on hand every 2 to 3 weeks. Date and time are announced on Instagram, TikTok or on the top of this page. Once our inventory sells out we stop taking orders and all our items will say sold out, till our next sale. Our items are made to order and we do ask for 1 to 4 week processing time, before shipping.

How to purchase: 1. Open the tumbler and Bottles section, and choose the type of Tumbler/Bottle you want 2. If there are various sizes, you will then pick the size that you want 3. You will then pick the color you of your choosing 4. Then here will be an option to personalize/ add a name (for an added fee) 5. You will pick the design you want from the design choice menu 6. Read and agree to our terms, by checking the box 7. Then proceed to check out.

Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS in the USA. International Shipping: We use DHL for all international shipping. If there are any issues with shipping it is your responsibility to contact the service and if needed file any claims. Once your package ships you will get an email with the tracking information.
